Zuko and I went into the swamp. Only... there were leeches in the water, and I was wearing a skirt, so they got my skin.

[ slaps yona's theoretical hands away. hilda does find some tweezers, using them and some gauze to clean her wounds as gently as she can manage, her hands steady. ]

You really are the type to charge forward into anything, huh? You took those pirates on yesterday like they were nothing, too. I think I distinctly remember you chasing after them...

...well, they were attacking people in the fort. We needed to chase them out.

And you certainly did manage to scare them off! I would've been afraid too, if someone were chasing me down with that much fervor.

This is from yesterday. [she brings her hand up to brush her bangs away - they were hiding a painful-looking bruise from getting smacked with a pistol!] But these... [she glances down at her legs] Are from when I went into the swamp on Monday. They weren't so bad at first, but...
