He's washed up since the investigation, so the scratches on his face look as clean as they can be at a glance; however, they're still fresh and a somewhat angry red as a result.]

[She's definitely not feeling well yet, not after tripping into a corpse. But injuries are always a cause for concern. Her eyebrows furrow a little when she notices them, though she lingers by the door in order to avoid any, uh. Surprise headpats.]
